It is week 4 of the Sticky Note Journaling Series. This week’s theme is forgiveness. Although it might get a little deep for you, try to stick with it for the week.
Each day you will write one or more things you would like to forgive yourself for on one sticky note. It can be as little as eating a piece of chocolate yesterday or something much bigger. It can be something recent or 30 years ago.
